Committed to continuously providing formal employment opportunities, the company opens for the first time the doors of its âHamburger Universityâ to offer free online express courses on: emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship, personal finance, customer service, and health and wellness.
On www.recetadelfuturo.com it is possible to access the five quick and digital courses, available from today until December 31st. Each module will provide a certificate which endorses the training received and which will be useful to highlight their skills in the search for a first job or for a new professional opportunity. The courses are independent from each other, in no particular order or limit per person.
This initiative is presented as a solution to one of the main concerns that young people in Latin America and the Caribbean have highlighted in an opinion survey carried out by the company in collaboration with Trendsity. In this research, 61% of respondents said they consider training to be necessary to build their skills and compensate for the lack of experience in order to access a first formal job or a better one. Among the subjects that they consider important to study in depth, stand out teamwork and leadership with the 73%, followed by innovation and entrepreneurship with the 50% and sales and customer service with the 44%, among others.

The opinion of young people
Committed to providing formal employment opportunities to young people in the region, Arcos Dorados has carried out with Tendsity a new opinion survey of people aged 16 to 24 to find out how they are experiencing the pandemic and what they think about it. job will be when “the new normal” begins.
