A recognized leader in finance and strategic organization for more than 25 years, Mr. Mauldin joins system administration from Texas Tech University after serving as vice president of cash management at Texas International Airport. In his new role at TTU System, Mr. Mauldin will coordinate its $2.65 billion operating budget and be responsible for the overall financial strength and stability of the system.
